1. Digital Nature of Our Service: ADIO.chat provides access to a digital community platform and online content. No physical goods are shipped, and membership access begins immediately after purchase.


2. No Returns:
Because our product is digital and access is granted instantly, returns are not applicable.

3. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience a technical or billing issue (e.g. duplicate payment, failure to receive access), please contact us within 7 days at [email protected], and we’ll review and resolve the issue promptly.

4. Cancellations: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments or unused time. Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Compliance: This policy complies with applicable digital goods and consumer protection regulations in Turkey and Northern Cyprus where CJO Consultancy Limited is based.
