To work in France you need to have a degree from an accredited school or from a country where chiropractic is officially legal; otherwise you need to wait 2 years before working in France (new graduated) or apply to the French administration for an agreement and an equivalence to work. For example: if you just graduated from a Spanish school, you have to work 2 years in spain before applying for the French approval. For foreigners chiropractors you need to deposit a file at the French administration and wait for their approval (and check requirements if you are not a EU citizen).
Do not expect an easy time getting your paperwork done; it takes time, files are known to be lost and they are often not committed to resolving your application.
www.chiropraxie.com AFC (Association Française de Chiropraxie). One association with 2/3rds of the chiropractors are members. As with many asscoiations there is dischord as to the direction and defintion of chiropractic.
