Obtaining residency and therefore a work visa for Panama is not terribly easy. One option is to obtain residency through 'investment' - requiring at least $300,000. Buying a property may be sufficient. This method requires that you have Panamian identification which is typically a Driver's license. This sounds easy but may proove to be frustration in that your documents may be what is asked for, but additional ones are requested. Be patient. If you marry a Panamanian, it will be 5 years before you are able to get the appropriate visa to open a practice. A foreigner without the previous two options may not work in Panama.
Panama is the only Central American country to have full legal status of chiropracitc. For this reason you will need to first have the correct visa, and then register yourself. Make use of the association to help you in this regard.
