Why ADIO Isn’t Free — and Why That Matters

Everything you dislike about other social platforms exists because you don’t pay for them. Even when you do, big tech still takes your data, manipulates your feed with algorithms, and sells your attention. To stay completely independent from that model requires a small yearly commitment. At launch, this is set at €50 + VAT for DCs and €100 + VAT per year for allied colleagues/ businesses. This modest fee covers the cost of maintaining a first-class platform that works smoothly and securely — and it also allows us to keep ADIO free for students and colleges.

That’s especially important for students from colleges that no longer truly teach chiropractic, giving them a safe space to connect with the wider profession. What does stay free is the ADIO app — and all the locator maps like Find-a-Chiro. This means your patients can easily access and connect with vitalistic DCs around the world, just as ChiroAlliance has provided since 2015. And finally, €1 from every paid membership will be donated to a village in northern Uganda, where we now run regular mission trips — providing ongoing support to a community that has almost nothing.

Founded on a deep commitment to preserving the vitalistic roots of chiropractic, it set out to reconnect students from these institutions with chiropractors who still honour the profession’s original principles and purpose.

What began as a bridge for students has evolved into a global “Find-a-Chiro” network, empowering chiropractors and their patients to locate like-minded practitioners anywhere in the world. Now fully integrated into ADIO.chat, this service is free for all members and easily activated within their online account—continuing the mission of connection, community, and chiropractic truth.

Supporting Global Health In Uganda

In many parts of Uganda, chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions severely limit people’s ability to work, care for their families, and live a full life. Specialized care like chiropractic treatment is virtually non-existent for those living in poverty, and our program is dedicated to bridging this gap. We send teams of volunteer doctors to provide free, expert chiropractic care to underserved communities.

 

Every adjustment, every consultation, and every moment of patient education helps to lift a community. By focusing on musculoskeletal health, we are addressing a critical but often overlooked component of global well-being. Join us in helping to restore not just spines, but lives.
